The JMG series rotary valve gearbox with scale indicator is used for 90 degree rotation valves, like ball valve butterfly valve. The significant advantage of this type valve gearbox is that customer can clearly find what degree of valve is in from the scale indicator. Users have the ability to modify the pace ratio in accordance with their actual usage conditions.

The JMG series rotary valve gearbox with scale indicator utilizes a 40cr material shaft, which is known for its superior strength. Additionally, the surface has been subjected to carbonization treatment, which significantly enhances its overall strength and ensures its functionality in challenging operating conditions. JIMAI offers a broader temperature range of -45°C to 180°C for use. The gear contact ratio of the JMG series rotary valve gearbox with scale indicator is exceptional, and JIMAI guarantees a process difference of no more than 0.1mm.Use of our gearbox can facilitate valve control that is more precise and comfortable.
Torque range: 260N.m to 150000Nm
Capable of guaranteeing a gear contact ratio that is greater than that of a 0.1mm disparity in the process.
Use a ASTM5140 material for the shaft, which has a significantly higher strength.
The surface has been subjected to carbonization treatment.
