Product Description

Nodular cast iron is more malleable, resilient, and durable than conventional grey cast iron. In comparison to grey cast iron, nodular cast iron exhibits a tensile strength that is equivalent to or greater than that of steel. Furthermore, nodular cast iron possesses a high fatigue strength, which enables it to continue functioning effectively in the presence of continuous or repetitive stress without the risk of failure. The remarkable resistance to wear and corrosion of nodular cast iron further enhances its versatility. JIMAI's in-house processing of the housing and bevel gear significantly ensures high quality in comparison to other providers. Furthermore, the BA series bevel gearbox can be equipped with an electric actuator, which simplifies operation in comparison to manual operation.
